been awhile

Wow, it's been awhile since I last wrote. I'm in hair class now every Tuesday and Thursday night. We just got our mid-term test results back and I got an A+. All that stress for nothin'. We have new neighbour's next door to us and they are awesome...Adam and Lisa. Lisa is a makeup artist and we all get along really well. She got me a makeup gig doing a photoshoot with the band 54-40 (second picture down that's me with the band). They were really nice and I got to work with an amazing photographer, Clay Stang. The shot will be in the Calgary Magazine called Swerve. It comes out every Friday along with the Calgary Herald. Prior to that I did makeup for a photoshoot with Lululemon. The ad is an 80's theme advertising for their new Montreal store. It will be published in the December issue of the Canadian Magazine Lou Lou.

As for performing, well it's been pretty slow. I've had a few auditions lately. This weekend I'll be doing an industrial. Just 3 numbers but it will be fun. I'm also doing temp work a lot this month. Just working in an office.

Recently I was an audience member at CityLine. I've included a picture of my friend Kylie and I with Marilyn Denis at the very top. Too cool! For all of you on the westcoast it will air at 9am on Wednesday October 26th.

Halloween is coming up and we are having a party at our loft. Can't wait, it's going to be so much fun. I think I might be Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz but I really should get on it. I don't have a costume yet. We'll see what happens.
