Attention all of my Male Friends!

Hello boys! Listen up cause I have a challenge for you! November is international MOVEMBER month. Grow a mustache while raising money and awareness for Prostate Cancer. I know it's not a topic that men want to talk about but it's real AND important. It was HUGE when I was in Australia but it happens every year all over the world.

Every year around 24,700 Canadian men are diagnosed with prostate cancer and about 4,300 die of the disease, making it the number one cancer threat to Canadian men.

Go to http://ca.movember.com/ and create a group or be so bold as to do it alone.

Be my hero...have some fun with your buddies, raise some money and more importantly awareness for Prostate Cancer. I DARE YOU to grow the most creative mustache.

ready to move forward

Sometimes I wish my mind would turn off and just let myself do whatever I want. Maybe it's because of money, or more specific, lack of. That seems to be the main thing that holds me back. The next one on the list is lack of belief in my self. Yeah, that's right, I said it. For those who know me well...they already know this. To those i have fooled...well, now ya know. LOL! One more and this is one I'm sure we all deal with...GUILT. Although I have to say, I mean honestly say, I don't live with regrets. I might feel guilty in the moment but then, I realize I learned something...probably something I won't waste my time on again...but never the less...I learned something! LOL!

Right now my goal is to let myself go and move forward. To take what I want and not apologize for it.
